This TEBOLVL production facility is located at the heart of the wood resource region where the manufacturing process of a wood specie will take place : Silver Fir (Abies alba) from the Auvergne forest also known as “white fir”, a local resource, with substantial available volumes in large-diameter and, to date, with no comparable industrial valorization in this forest area.
DESIGNED FOR CHALLENGING STRUCTURAL APPLICATIONS
TEBOLVL is an engineering product by excellence, and can be used in a wide variety of construction applications, where its lightweight in relation to the load-bearing capacity of the beams makes it particularly suitable for use in highly demanding structural applications.
- Construction applications: floorings, walls, wooden roof frames and timber frames, stiffeners, wall-sheathing, off-site constructions
- Industrial applications: joinery, furniture, formwork moulds
- TEBOLVL P, for Parallel, is produced with all the veneers oriented in the same direction. It is suitable for most “horizontal” applications, such as beams or roofing structures
- TEBOLVL C, for Cross, is assembled with 20% veneers oriented at 90°, which reinforces its dimensional stability in all directions, without diminishing its mechanical properties. It is intended for the manufacture of high-strength construction components and for use as a ‘panelling’
